Cranberry Punch for Christmas
Recipe provided by “Cookin’ Savvy”
1 package of fresh cranberries
1 can of pineapple chunks
3-4 sprigs of rosemary
6 cans of lemon-lime soda, separated
64 ounces of cranberry juice
20 ounces of orange pineapple juice
1 orange
The evening prior, place four cranberries, two pieces of pineapple, and a few rosemary twigs into each compartment of a silicone muffin tray or ice mold. Fill it with 1 can of lemon-lime soda and freeze until solid.
Refrigerate the rest of the lemon-lime soda, cranberry juice, and orange pineapple juice overnight.
In a punch bowl, combine the remaining soda, cranberry juice, and orange pineapple juice. Slice the orange into 5-6 wedges. Top with the lemon-lime soda ice cubes, a handful of cranberries, and the orange slices before serving.
