Elevate your pasta night with these delightful Lasagna Rollups that only need one dish for preparation and can be tailored to suit everyone’s taste—just add spinach, mushrooms, or any vegetable of your choice. Lasagna Rollups

Servings: 4-6 (1 rollup per serving)

8 lasagna noodles

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

15 ounces ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon rosemary (optional)

1 jar marinara sauce

2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided

In a pot, cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions. Once done, drain with cold water and set them aside.

In the same pot, brown the ground beef, then stir in garlic powder and onion powder. Mix in the ricotta cheese, optional rosemary, marinara sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Spread a layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Lay out the cooled noodles on a cutting board or parchment paper. Add some of the meat mixture on top of each noodle and roll them up. Place the lasagna rollups seam-side down in the dish. Pour the remaining meat sauce over them and top with the leftover mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.
