2 cups of Premier Protein Vanilla High Protein Shake

5 tablespoons of gelatin

3 scoops of Premier Protein Vanilla Milkshake 100% Whey Protein Powder

3 graham crackers

3 pieces of chocolate

Begin by pouring the protein shake into a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes so the gelatin can “bloom.”

Next, heat the mixture on low, stirring occasionally until it reaches a thinner consistency.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool for 5-10 minutes, ensuring it is warm to the touch but not hot.

Incorporate the protein powder into the mix and whisk vigorously for 10-20 minutes, or until the texture becomes light and airy. The mixture should maintain its structure when the whisk is lifted.

Pour the completed mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set.

Once ready, cut into portions and enjoy with graham crackers and chocolate bars.
