Yields: 24 mini bundt cakes
Ingredients:
1 box of confetti cake mix
1 stick of melted butter
4 eggs
1 cup of milk
Chocolate Decorations:
1 cup of melting chips in various colors
Silicone molds in Easter shapes
1 pouch of pre-made green icing
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Distribute the batter into a greased mini bundt pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow them to cool before removing from the pan.
For the chocolate decorations: In separate bowls, melt the melting chips in the microwave in 1-minute intervals until smooth. Transfer melted chips into piping bags and cut the tip. Fill the molds with the melted chocolate and freeze for 15-20 minutes. Use the green icing to create “grass” on the mini bundt cakes, then add the chocolate molds on top.
Tip: To simplify the process, you can substitute homemade toppers with store-bought chocolate bunnies, eggs, crosses, or marshmallow bunnies.
