Recipe adapted from “Cookin’ Savvy”
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 12 thawed meatballs
- 1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
- Buffalo sauce, for dipping
- Barbecue sauce, for dipping
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Roll out the puff pastry with a pin until it’s thinner, then cut it into 12 squares.
Place one meatball and some cheese in the center of each square. Fold the pastry around the filling, leaving a small opening on top if you’d like to keep the meatball visible. Fit each prepared square into the openings of a muffin tin.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the pastry turns golden brown. Carefully remove from the muffin tin and serve with marinara, Buffalo, and barbecue sauces for dipping.
Tip: Feel free to double or triple the recipe to serve more guests.
