Lasagna Roll

Servings: 4-6 (1 rollup per serving)

Ingredients: 8 lasagna noodles

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

15 ounces ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon rosemary (optional)

1 jar marinara sauce

2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions: Begin by boiling the lasagna noodles in a pot according to the directions on the package. Once cooked, drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water before setting them aside.

In the same pot, cook the ground beef until browned, then incorporate the garlic powder and onion powder. Next, mix in the ricotta cheese along with rosemary (if using), marinara sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a baking dish, start with a layer of the hamburger sauce. Arrange the cooled noodles on a cutting board or parchment paper. Spread the hamburger mixture over each noodle and roll them up. Place these rollups seam side down in the baking dish, then cover with the remaining sauce and top with the leftover mozzarella cheese.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
