By Family Features | Contributor
1 cup pineapple
1 cup papaya
1 red onion
cilantro
1/2 pound (approximately 16-20) Wild Caught Texas Shrimp
1/2 pound snapper
1/2 pound jumbo lump blue crab meat
lime juice
tortilla chips
Begin by dicing the pineapple, papaya, red onion, and cilantro into small pieces.
Prepare the shrimp and snapper by rinsing them. Cut the snapper and shrimp into bite-sized portions.
In a large glass bowl, mix the shrimp, crab, snapper, and diced fruits. Drizzle a thin layer of lime juice over the combined ingredients.
Allow the dish to chill in the refrigerator for several hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the flavors meld and the lime juice coats the seafood well.
After the seafood has marinated in the lime juice, transfer it to a serving dish.
Garnish with cilantro and serve alongside tortilla chips.
