Ingredients
1 ½ Packages of Cream Cheese, Softened
1 ½ Cups of Cooked Shredded Chicken
1 (15 oz) Can of Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained
1 ½ Cups of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 ½ Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 (4 oz) Cans of Chopped Green Chilies
2 tsp. Taco Seasoning
Tortilla Chips
Optional: Fresh Cilantro or Lime Wedges for Garnishing
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, black beans, 1 cup of pepper jack cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, green chilies, and taco seasoning.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe skillet and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top. Bake in the oven until it is heated through and bubbly, around 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 3
Top the dip with cilantro for garnish and serve alongside tortilla chips.
